I’ve been very fortunate today to see the Red Arrows fly past. Its was part of the Royal Air Force 90th Anniversary Flypast.

The changing of the clocks at the weekend really seems to be affecting me now. Its nine am and I can hardly keep my eyes open. All my get up and go, certainly seems to have gone!
