We had a lovely time away in Manchester. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Salford Quays which is usually fine but this time they seemed to have got less organised and breakfast was a little chaotic!

October 24th and half term hols start right now!

This half term has seemed really long and I definitely need this break. When we return it’s going to be rather hectic as we have 80 pupils taking their English GCSE early and the first exam is on the 5th. Went to see Mamma Mia last night. Really enjoyed it especially since we haven’t been to the pictures for ages and ages. Really difficult to believe that Meryl Streep is 59!

This is the swap I received from Yvonne. I was so pleased with it especially as I was going to get myself a tomato pin cushion but this one is so much nicer. Even Harry commented on how lovely it was.
